Handmade with high-quality silk and organic flax seed, these small, lightweight eye bags offer gentle pressure to eyes to help students relax in supine Restorative Yoga poses. They also shield the eyes from light to reduce visual stimulation. The unscented filler is evenly and equally distributed into two compartments with a center seam.

Heavier yoga eye bags can temporarily distort the corneas—especially for students with contact lenses—making it challenging to regain clear vision after usage. However, these eye bags rest lightly on eyeballs and do not blur vision.
