I spent more than 20 years in the high-tech industry. I know stress. I know the culture. I know how challenging it can be as a working mother to try to be and do everything. The reason I went to grad school to study health and wellness and switched careers is because I burned out and had to navigate my way back to wellness. I want to help others who are struggling like I was.

Yoga and Meditation
Achieving well-being is about more than simply improving your numbers. Stress hormones can wreck havoc on your mind and body, making it difficult to sleep, metabolize food well, manage weight, maintain energy and reach your health and wellness goals. Yoga and meditation can help you to improve both your mental and physical well-being.
