Practice With Me

Obviously I am passionate about all aspects of health & wellness, but one of my favorite ways to reset and release stress is by practicing Restorative Yoga, vinyasa and other types of yoga. Over the past decade, I benefited from my practice so much that I studied to teach yoga and meditation to not just deepening my own practice, but to also share the learnings with my clients. My goal is to help clients find more ease and calmness in their days through yoga and meditation.

I offer private individual or group sessions in the south Bay Area, Peninsula, Truckee-North Tahoe region and online. Additionally, I am open to teaching at studios, corporations or schools.
